the overall idea that physical labor jobs are the safest is probably true. however, the recent explosion of what robots can do and how they can be controlled will likely result in a second wave of job disruption, this time targeting many physical labor professions. Check out what Tesla, Figure, Covariant, Amazon (and others) are working on.

The companies that provide the service are no different than Hawala's. Been around for thousands of years, just commonly used for black money in this modern world. Neat to see someone take it to a different level, without involving crypto 🙄

This was basically the Myspace timeline... 2003: Myspace was born. 2004: Myspace becomes the biggest social network around, and the biggest social network ever up to that point. Facebook is born in 2004, although it was known as "The Facebook" at the time, and it was only available among universities initially. 2005: Myspace is undeniably a household word at this point. 2006: This was probably the peak year to be on Myspace. It was massive in this era. Facebook became available to the general public for the first time towards the end of the year. 2007: Myspace is still massive, but Facebook was huge now, and there were the "Myspace vs. Facebook" wars over social media for a bit. 2008: For the first time, Myspace has fewer visitors in a day than Facebook. I'd say that was the beginning of the end. 2009: Probably the last year where Myspace held prominence in the social network world. It's definitely losing clout, but it's not quite a "thing of the past" yet. 2010-11: Myspace begins to move away from being a social network and towards being more of a news aggregator and profile pages for music groups. This ended up being a decision that was extremely detrimental, even if they didn't intend it. _ I remember in the late 2010s, Myspace made the news again, but for all the wrong reasons. it was because of the discovery of millions of songs being lost due to a faulty server migration. What was uploaded up until the mid-2010s (when hardly anyone still regularly pr even semi-regularly visited Myspace) had been lost. I'd say Myspace only survived in the 2010s because of it being a time capsule of the 2000s. Some people still used it because of the band profiles, and I'd say the 2000s-era nostalgia is the only reason it didn't get shut down completely. Even around 2009-2010, many musicians were having their music on different platforms like Soundcloud instead of Myspace. Still, even people who were too young to use Myspace when it was relevant have heard about it, and many seem intrigued, saying that it seems that it would have been awesome to have used at the time. I had a Myspace profile from around 2006 to 2008. I seem to remember most friends of mine had neglected it or even deleted their profiles around that time, as they migrated to Facebook. Most of them didn't have enough time for both Myspace and Facebook. I understand why Myspace declined, but it's a rather sad story how things ended.

That's awesome. And now, we are also able to be successful on the platform. Personally, I think that means providing a unique experience to guests. It could be something else for you guys, that's ok... But I have a lot of satisfied customers who always come back. That's because I use tools such as Lodgify and Turno to organize my team and automate their tasks and payments, so I have more time to focus on what really matters!

The housing market is supposed to work in a certain way - people sell their homes to downsize as they age, become empty nesters, or upgrade to support a growing family, and builders construct new homes. These activities create a balanced housing market for both sellers and buyers. However, the current housing market is different. Large corporations such as Zillow engage in market manipulation for profit, Tricon Residential Inc./Blackstone Inc. purchases single-family homes and turning them into rental properties, and ‘Ibuyers such as Opendoor Technologies Inc. purchase and hold houses waiting for prices to increase so they can flip them for profit, among others, heavily influence today's market. Unfortunately, these corporations are negatively affecting home affordability for everyone, including both buyers and sellers. Therefore, our national, state, and local community governments must take into account the harmful effects that these organizations are having on home affordability and the entire economy.

The day we see an end to Zillow's market manipulation, corporate 'iBuys' acquiring and holding onto homes for profit, and institutional investors buying and converting single-family homes into rental properties is the day we will go back to a stable and affordable housing market."

It makes me so sad. I always wanted to do art for a living and I've been learning how to do concept art but now a lot of companies will just like probably replace most artists in the next 5 years. I mean Disney already used AI to make like the trailer for Loki. Unless they put in copyright laws, it will just be cheaper too. Use AI instead of using artists. To be honest, if they don't stop AI they'll replace probably like 80% of jobs. The only ones that will be safe will be like physical labor jobs. And if like robotics gets any good then those jobs will be replaced by droids. I guess the future will be like the Disney movie. Wally where nobody really needs to work anymore and robots do everything for us. And if that's the future then we'll have to figure out how to give everyone an equal amount of money because if nobody has to work anymore, the government will have to send out checks to people. I'll keep doing art though because I like it as a hobby and it really stressed drawing.

Patagonia is for idiots with more money than sense. Their business model is simple. Buy plastic and turn it into material. Then have a sweatshop use child labor to poorly make clothing. Sell that clothing to the aforementioned idiots at a 2000% mark up and laugh their asses off all the way to the bank.

As long as Tiktok is owned by Bytedance, there is always going to be a spyware risk or CCP propaganda and cyberwarfare risk since, as with many large corporations in China, the CCP owns 5 to 10% of the company at the bare minimum and their shares are called golden shares, since they have 100% of the voting power if they decide to take action. Not to mention all large corporations in China have a Communist Ethics Department, which exists to enforce CCP ideals on the company's employees. So the risk is real.

The more games yousell te mre you owe. If your games goes viral then you will go bankrupt the first month. This is a program game makers buy to compile their game then they want them to pay $200,000 a month on average. THATS FUGGIN STUPID!
